A job-seeker who’s been applying for three months without a single interview doesn’t need encouragement. They need to know exactly what’s wrong and exactly how to fix it.

Why Honest Assessment Matters

The job market is full of tools that tell people what they want to hear. A CV “score” that’s always 72% regardless of the CV. Feedback that’s positive enough to feel good but vague enough to be useless. Courses that teach theory without connecting it to your specific situation.

We built the RolMio CV Assessment to do the opposite. It scores your CV against the same 6 criteria that recruiters and ATS systems actually use. If your achievement bullets are weak, it says so — and names the lesson that fixes it. If your ATS compatibility is the problem, it tells you that specifically.

RolMio was founded by career professionals who’ve spent years on both sides of the hiring process — writing CVs, reviewing them, and watching good candidates get screened out for fixable reasons. We built the tools we wished existed when we were job-seeking.

We’re a small team. We don’t have a community forum or a live support line. What we have is a well-built assessment, a practical course, and a genuine belief that most people’s CVs are one or two specific changes away from getting interviews.
