1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from RolMio, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or purchase our products. RolMio [Little Kangaroo Australia Pty. Ltd] operates this website and sells digital educational products. Our checkout is handled by systeme.io; by completing a purchase you also agree to systeme.io's terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other consumer protection legislation that cannot lawfully be excluded.
2. Products and access
- Digital courses: on payment, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to access course content through your systeme.io student account — individual use only.
- CV Upgrade Report: on payment, your report is generated and delivered digitally — immediate, personal access.
3. Licence and intellectual property
All site and course content — text, audio, video, graphics, frameworks, templates, downloads — is RolMio's IP, protected by copyright. Your licence is personal, non-transferable, and limited to your own learning. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or publicly share content; share login credentials; copy or record materials; or use content to create competing/derivative products.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site or products to break the law, infringe IP, transmit harmful/abusive content, or gain unauthorised access to our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, without refund (subject to your ACL rights where a major failure exists on our part).
5. Disclaimer — results not guaranteed
We provide educational tools to support your career development. We can't guarantee specific outcomes — job offers, salary increases, interview success, or CV performance. Results depend on factors outside our control (individual effort, market conditions, employer decisions, how the material is applied). Our content is designed to improve your skills and knowledge, not to guarantee a particular result.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law (including the ACL), RolMio's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product. Not liable for: indirect/incidental/consequential losses; loss of income, employment, or career opportunity; technical failures outside our reasonable control (including third-party platform outages). Nothing here limits any liability that can't be excluded under the ACL, including liability for a major failure to comply with a consumer guarantee.
7. Third-party links and platforms
The site may link to third-party services (including systeme.io for checkout and course access). We're not responsible for their content, privacy practices, or terms.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms; changes are effective from the date posted. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing law
Governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia. Nothing in this clause affects your ACL rights, which apply nationally regardless of governing-law choice.
