1. Who we are RolMio is operated by Little Kangaroo Australia. Our website is rolmio.com. Questions about this policy: hello@rolmio.com.

2. What information we collect

• Contact form: name and email address when you contact us.
• Purchase: billing details processed securely by Shopify Payments. We do not store card details.
• CV text (assessment): when you use the free CV assessment at assess.rolmio.com, you submit CV text. This text is processed by our system to generate your assessment report. Your CV text is not stored long-term. It is used solely to produce your report and is discarded after processing.
• Analytics: we use PostHog and/or Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This may involve cookies. See Section 5.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver your CV assessment report.
• To fulfil your course purchase and provide access to CV Writing Mastery.
• To respond to contact form enquiries.
• To improve the site and assessment tool.

4. Who we share it with We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the site: Shopify (checkout), Vercel (assessment hosting), PostHog/Google (analytics). Each is bound by their own privacy policy.

5. Cookies We use cookies for analytics and to maintain your session. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. A cookie consent banner is displayed on your first visit.

6. Your rights You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email hello@rolmio.com to make a request.

7. Data retention Contact form data is retained for up to 12 months. CV text submitted to the assessment is not retained long-term. Purchase records are retained as required by law.

8. Changes to this policy We may update this policy. The current version is always at rolmio.com/policies/privacy-policy.
