Refund policy
REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all digital courses purchased through Little Kangaroo Australia Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "our") via the RolMio platform.
Digital product — important notice Our courses are digital products delivered electronically. When you purchase a course, you gain immediate access to all course materials, including lessons, workbooks, and downloadable resources. Because the content is delivered digitally and is accessible in full from the moment of purchase, your statutory right to a 14-day "change of mind" cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations (UK) or equivalent legislation is waived where you have expressly consented to immediate access and acknowledged that the right of cancellation is lost upon such access. This consent is collected at checkout.
Our goodwill refund policy Notwithstanding the above, we offer a 14-day goodwill refund window under the following conditions:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You must have completed no more than two full modules of the course. If you have completed more than two modules, we consider the course substantively accessed and no refund will be issued.
- Refund requests must be submitted by email to hello@rolmio.com with your order confirmation number and a brief reason for the request.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Once a refund is approved, your course access is revoked.
What is not covered
- Requests made more than 14 calendar days after purchase
- Requests where more than two modules have been completed
- Requests citing technical issues without first contacting us for support — we will always attempt to resolve technical problems before processing a refund
- Requests for partial refunds (we do not offer partial refunds)
- Workbooks or downloadable resources that have already been downloaded cannot be individually refunded once accessed
Course access and subscription terms All courses are sold as lifetime access products (subject to our continued operation of the platform). There are no subscriptions or recurring charges associated with your course purchase. Charges appear on your statement from Little Kangaroo Australia Pty Ltd.
How to request a refund Email hello@rolmio.com with the subject line "Refund Request — [your order number]". We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Purchases made before the date of any change remain subject to the policy in place at the time of purchase.
