The Free CV Assessment
What is the free CV assessment?
It's a 2-minute tool that scores your CV against 6 criteria that recruiters and ATS systems use to evaluate applications. You paste your CV, and you receive a score on each criterion plus the specific lessons in CV Writing Mastery that address your weakest areas.
Is it really free?
Yes. The assessment is always free. The course that fixes the issues is where we charge.
Is my CV stored?
No. The text you submit is processed to generate your report and is not stored long-term. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do I need to create an account?
No account is required to use the free assessment. Paste your CV, get your score.
What are the 6 criteria?
Relevance, Clarity, Achievement evidence, ATS compatibility, Structure & formatting, and Language & tone. Each is scored separately so you know exactly where to focus.
The assessment is on a different website — is that normal?
Yes. The assessment runs on assess.rolmio.com, which is a separate app. Your Shopify checkout and course access are on this site (rolmio.com). Both are part of RolMio.
CV Writing Mastery
What is CV Writing Mastery?
A fully digital, self-paced course: 8 modules and 48 lessons that teach you to write a CV that passes ATS filters and gets interviews. No live sessions, no community, no certificate — purely practical training.
How long does it take to complete?
Most people work through it in 3–5 hours. Because it's self-paced, you can go at whatever speed suits you and return to specific lessons whenever you need them.
Is there a certificate?
No. The outcome is a better CV, not a credential to add to it.
Is there live support or a community?
No. The course is designed to be self-sufficient — every question you're likely to have is answered within the lessons.
What format is the course?
Fully digital. Video lessons with written summaries and downloadable worksheets. Access is immediate after purchase.
Can I go straight to the lessons that fix my specific weaknesses?
Yes. Your assessment report links directly to the lessons that address your lowest-scoring criteria. You don't have to work through the whole course if you only need to fix one or two things.
